Glances allows you to seamlessly bridge the gap between monday.com and QuickBooks. Use Glances directly in Monday.com to view real-time data from QuickBooks and take action.

With Glances, you can:

Create invoices, estimates, customers, and sub-customers

Send invoices and estimates

Convert estimates into invoices

Update existing QuickBooks customers

For example, here I am at my project board in monday and I’m checking in on a specific project for my customer, Jill Mahomes. I want to see if they’ve paid the invoice I sent them so I click into the item and look at Glances to view their invoices and payments. Glances will quickly do an auto-search and I’ve got it set to search by customer name, but I can also adjust what I search with by using the Settings here at the top. I’ll click on Jill’s profile and find the invoice I need. If I click on the invoice, I can see additional data, or using our Actions menu, I can re-send the invoice, if needed.  You’ll see that I can also create new estimates and invoices for this customer all from here as well, all using the Actions menu from the customer level. The views and Actions you see here are all connected for you when you add Glances to Monday.

HOW TO ADD GLANCES

Getting started is quick and flexible. You’ll see that Glances is part of the item view within Monday. To add Glances, you’ll go to Monday.com’s marketplace and click to install. Once you do so, we’ll automatically create a Glances account for you. You can connect to QuickBooks from Monday or navigate to glances.com to login and connect QuickBooks from there. This takes about 2 minutes and grants you immediate access to your QuickBooks data and the ability to use Glances Actions. Those Actions are all pre-built for you, so you don’t have to do any extra manual efforts on your part.

If you want to edit what appears within Glances, add additional workplace apps, invite your team, or manage your glances subscription, you can do so on glances.com at any time.

Now that you’ve added Glances to Monday, you can connect all of your favorite workplace apps. Hop on over to glances.com to sign in. If it’s your first time here, no worries, you can reset your password to gain access to your account. Click My Apps if you have more workplace favorites to add or click on the name of your app along the left to connect it. To really make the most of Glances, hook up all your workplace apps. Some of our more popular apps include QuickBooks, bill.com, Stripe, Zendesk, and more. Once connected, you’ll see data right within Monday and be able to take Action, like creating estimates and invoices.
