2 New Actions for QuickBooks: Edit Invoices and Estimates

Not only can you create and send QuickBooks invoices and estimates to your customers (and dozens more accounting Actions) directly within Glances, now you can also edit and update them at your leisure!
These two new Glances Actions for editing invoices and estimates are automatically available for existing and new users, helping them to securely edit, update, and finalize these documents within Glances while working anywhere online. Getting started with this new QuickBooks Action
Once you have connected QuickBooks with Glances, you will have access to a wide variety of QuickBooks Actions, such as creating customers, creating and sending invoices and estimates, creating new products and services, and many other multi-tasking functions.
How to edit a QuickBooks invoice or estimate
1. Navigate to a customer’s Glance by viewing upcoming invoices in My Daily Glances or searching for a customer and clicking into invoices
2. Find and click on any invoice to view more details
3. Click the Action menu in the top right corner
4. Select Edit QuickBooks Invoice
5. Enter or change details in the form fields
6. Click Update Invoice to save
Note: Follow the same process to find and edit QuickBooks estimates.
