Glances is your new productivity hub that allows you to view data and take Action from all your favorite workplace apps. Connecting Xero to Glances allows you access to fresh, real-time data in a single view. See contact details, like invoices and quotes, and complete tasks across apps without having to navigate between platforms. Get the benefits of an integration without any coding or downtime.

With Glances you can:

  • View data from all of your connected apps directly from Xero
  • View Xero information from any other app or webpage
  • Complete actions across apps, such as creating invoices, estimates, and payments


Connecting Xero is simple and straightforward. To connect, you’ll navigate to Glances and add the Xero app. Click Connect and enter your login credentials. You can now search Glances here or by using the Glances browser extension which can be installed from your favorite browser’s store

Glances is essential in a variety of workplace scenarios. For example, as you’re in your email interacting with a prospect, use Glances to view their history and prior work with your business. When you’re ready, use our unique Actions menu to create a new quote without navigating away or painfully clicking to finish your task.

Additionally, use Glances within Xero to directly view data from other workplace apps, like Mailchimp, Monday, Shopify, or a multitude of apps from our constantly expanding collection. Customize your Actions for a more efficient and effective workflow.

Besides giving you the data you need and the freedom to complete tasks, Glances also makes it easy to manage your workload with My Daily Glances. Here, you can see data unique to you, like calendar events, assigned tasks, or upcoming invoices. This allows your team one central location to plan their day without wasting time moving from app to app and getting distracted in the details.
