To see Zendesk tickets or to allow Zendesk agents to see data from other connected apps, just use the Glances widget in the bottom corner of your screen, click our Glancey stamp, or use our Highlight and Search feature. Click the app icon along the top to quickly launch the app directly or click into the Glance to see more details.

If you need to take action in an app, our Actions feature can handle that with ease. Use the Actions menu to complete tasks from your connected apps, such as create invoices, send estimates and payments, create customers, and more. Glances and Actions are customizable for your unique needs and workflows.
