With Glances you can securely connect FreshBooks and all of your workplace apps to provide a simplified view of the data you need in real time.

With Glances you can

  • View data from all of your connected apps directly from FreshBooks
  • View FreshBooks information from any other app or webpage
  • Complete actions across apps, such as creating a QuickBooks invoice or creating a FreshBooks estimate directly from the Glances widget

Your glances.com account puts you in control of connected apps and how they appear within the Glances widget. Managing your connected apps from glances.com is simple as our easy-to-use connection process allows you to add, remove, or edit apps with just a few clicks. Use this process to add any and all of the apps your company uses. Today, we’ll add the FreshBooks app.

Next, click Connect on FreshBooks and enter your login credentials. You can also connect any other apps you use in your workplace, such as marketing apps, collaboration apps, CRMs, or e-commerce apps. Now you’re ready to see data in one simplified customer view on any page you visit.

For example, an account manager who works primarily from her Inbox can quickly search for a customer to see data from all connected apps. After interacting with a lead through email, she can create a FreshBooks estimate without navigating away or juggling multiple tabs or windows. Connected apps are just a click away.
