Glances no-code integration platform empowers you to quickly view data and complete Actions across apps without navigating away. In this video release blog, we'll show you how to add Glances as a related list widget in Zoho CRM and view data from your connected apps directly in-line with other Zoho information.

We’re always looking for ways to improve Glances for teams like yours. That’s why Glances is now available directly as a Zoho widget. While you always have access to our Glances browser extension, this widget means you can more easily view data from connected apps directly in Zoho. As you can see here, Glances now appears inline with your other Zoho data.

To add this view, first we need to create the widget and then add it to our module. This widget will work for accounts, contacts, or leads.

There are two ways to create a widget. The first is through Settings- so you’ll click the gear icon in the top right corner, click Widgets and then click to Create New Widget.

Here you’ll enter the required information. For Name and Description, you can enter whatever works best for your team.

For Widget Type, select Related List

And For Hosting, select External

For the Base URL, type in the text as it appears here: https://m.glances.com/?source-zoho

Click Save and you’ve successfully added the Glances widget to Zoho. The second way to create a widget is directly from the module itself. For this, we’ll navigate to an Account and click the 3 dots in the top right. We’ll select Add Related List and you can see that we can create the widget directly from this view. It asks for the same information from the Settings method. Since we’ve already created it, we can quickly add the widget by selecting the one we’ve already created.

You’ll see you have access to the same data and can take Action or navigate to your connected apps with the same simplicity as you have with our browser extension. Maintaining ease of use across your Glances experience and across your apps keeps you moving.

If you want to reorder you can do that from Glances and clicking the drop-down on the widget itself and select Reorder. From there you can remove lists or reorder the list, like moving Glances up or down to whatever suits your needs.

When using this widget at the account, contact, or lead level Glances will automatically search for records based on email and then name.
