How did you first hear about Glances and what initially drew you to it?
Glances reached out to us and we loved the promise of the app and how well it fits into our current offerings.

Our clients vary in size and industry from small single person recruiting firms, to large festival production companies with 100+ employees and dozens of vendors.
What are some popular web apps your clients use?
HubSpot, monday.com, PandaDoc, PhoneBurner, PCRecruiter
Describe 1-3 of your clients’ top pain points of having to work across multiple apps.
1. Clients do not always want to pay for multiple seats in various software products
2. Clients do not want to spend time training new employees on multiple tools
3. Navigating between multiple tools wastes time and interrupts workflow
How will Glances help your clients work across multiple apps?
Glances will allow our clients to access information in less time and won’t over-complicate their process, making training new employees simpler and faster.
If you could only work in one app, which would you choose and why?
monday.com! The way we have developed our workflow at CarbonWeb, 85% of my work is done within monday.com, saving me tons of time and stress navigating between platforms and tools.
Any thoughts or predictions on the future of SaaS?
We’re strong believers that Saas Services is a rapidly expanding niche.
Do you feel AI tools like ChatGPT are beneficial or controversial in the professional world?
In my personal opinion, I believe AI has a place at the table, but I do feel that you have to monitor where and when it is used and to what degree. There should always be a human element when content is being created for humans. AI will contribute to business growth by reducing the time it takes to generate new ideas and first draft content, speeding up the content creation process.
