Not sure how to strategize? Once you’ve made the decision which CRM to purchase, here are 5 steps for a successful launch:

1. Create an implementation team

This should include at least one member from every department who will use the new platform. Be sure your team includes more than just management, but also front-line users. This team will work to design and configure the CRM to ensure it works for their work, test the new CRM, and champion product adoption among their own departments.

2. Map out the processes with input from the implementation team and all departments

This can be done through a survey or listening sessions. Once input is given, sit with your implementation team to define needs and how the new platform should be structured.

3. Migrate data and complete a soft launch, including your integrations and product enhancements

4. Ready, set, launch!
