No Risk Refundable Deposit Policy
At Glances, our team loves solving everyday pain points and needs that are unique to your business. No platform can get you there 100% out-of-the-box, but thankfully, using the Glances platform gets you really close. To get you to the finish line, we work with you to implement the ideal workflow for your team.
Need your team to edit existing contact records? Do they need to be able to refund a purchase? That's where we come in.
Meet with us and we will come up with a mutual solution that solves your specific needs. For any data views, we only ask for a No-Risk Refundable Deposit. For more complicated cases such as custom workflow actions, we will provide a project scope and a quote for a one-time fee for those customizations.
Refundable Deposit Terms.
The Company and Glances acknowledge and agree that a refundable deposit of $1,500 is required by the Company to begin work. The deposit will be held by Glances until either 1) fulfillment of agreed upon project scope, or 2) termination of the project due to the inability of Glances to fulfill the agreement. In the case of termination, the refundable deposit will be refunded in full by Glances to the Company. In the case of fulfillment, the refundable deposit will convert into a credit applied to the Company’s account; at which time the eligibility for a refund will expire.
